Novice runner, trained runner or something in between? Keep on Running has been uniting you for nearly 15 years. And it continues. This Runners’ lab initiative recently received a hearty injection of fresh blood. Keep on Running 2.0 is here.

15,000 members

Get ready for a short history lesson, a very short one in fact. It all began in 2008, the year Runners’ lab kicked Keep on Running out of the ground. Motivation? To create a community of people who especially cheer when they get to run than when no run is scheduled. Never thought this “species” would consist of so many individuals. In fifteen years, we handed out – hang on – as many as 15,000 virtual membership cards.

‘The next step’

Straight to the present. The community, it’s still growing every day. And something that is good, you don’t change. The running schedulesyou’ve found on the Keep on Running website for years? These also remain in place due to unprecedented success.

New channels

But Keep on Running is now going for the next step. Simply because we want to keep inspire each other, and all runners in need. And this on several fronts. The Keep on Running podcast is one example of the new wind blowing. In this podcast series, we invite well-known and lesser-known guests who always have a link to running. They take you through their successes, setbacks and learning moments. In addition, Keep on Running has recently started to be featured on social media channels such as Facebook and Instagram.

Break the rut and participate in running events (of your own)

What else does a runner need to break the grind of training? Races and events! Therefore, we present to you on our website a whole collection of events that we support or offer ourselves. On Friday, September 16, our very first event will take place: Run For Your Love, the newest dating concept where you get to know other sports enthusiasts in a casual way.
